We cordially invite you to join us for a FREE month of classes to try us out.

With us, you’ll:

• Learn effective techniques for fighting back against real-world attacks
• Develop fight IQ and a self defender/fighter mindset
• Be in a supportive community

About our Classes

Adult Classes

Most of our classes are for adults. We’re trauma-informed, but we do talk about life-altering violence in our classes.

13 years and older are welcome to attend.

Women’s Only Self Defense

Looking to train only with women? We have a class for you. Women’s Only Self Defense is a beginner-friendly Krav Maga class taught every Thursday at 7pm.

Women’s Only class is for cis and trans women, and non-binary folks who feel comfortable being in a women-centered class.

No experience necessary. Non-athletes welcomed and encouraged. Cis, trans, and non-binary folks welcome and encouraged in all our classes.
